Dinosaur Article (again)[]

I know we had a forum page for this, but I could not find it.

Some of the details under Physical Appearance bothered me, and now I see why. I suspect the person who wrote this just wanted to see various dinosaurs present. I've looked up those dinosaurs, and few of them seem to fit. Example: "T-Rex teeth". Which leads to me think this person has never seen a T-Rex or a sabretoothed cat. But I'm no expert, so I'd like to open the floor to varying perspectives. Here are the animals I'd be willing to say contributed to the creature's DNA. Anything we can't agree on should probably just be called exactly what it looks like without mentioning any specific dinosaur: clawed feet, thick tail, etc. One of the main problems with the current description is that if you're not overly familiar with various dinosaur species, it won't help you picture the creature at all. - Dap00 20:36, March 29, 2013 (UTC)

  • elongated canine teeth and whiskers of a sabretooth cat
  • stegosaurus-like spikes along the neck
  • sauropod traits: pillar-like legs, elongated neck and tail (not quite long enough to fit that mold in my opinion, but my best guess despite that)

Personally, I'm in favor of not using *any* known animal names is describing it. I'd actually like to see the article renamed "Dino-thing" complete with the quotes as it is in no way any dinosaur I know.

Also, I'd leave in the part about the creature "eventually making its way to Middleton" as we've determined there is no way to tell if DNAmy lives *in* Middie, or just lives *near* it. Not even her attendance at an MHS football game pins where her *house* is.

Good points, all. How about "In or Near Middleton" for Amy's infobox? - Dap00 02:24, March 31, 2013 (UTC)

Personally, I'd be most comfortable with "Tri-City Area"
