TOC Clear
The problem with doing a clear after the TOC is that if the TOC is hidden then the following information doesn't flow to the left of the infobox. I see what you are talking about with the header not expanding to the right border, but it is one issue or the other at this time. And I personally would rather have a shortened header bar than non-flowing text.
Thoughts on this?
