The Pan-Dimensional Vortex Inducer was a scientific device which first became known to Team Possible during the time Ron was concerned about his manhood due to an unsigned Bar Mitzvah certificate[1].
The device was capable of an undisclosed effect upon dimensions, but if improperly activated could create a rip in time-space about the size of Nevada. Numerous villains have wanted this device including Dr. Drakken and Professor Dementor, who had a feud, the former trying to steal it from the latter who in turn stole it before the former could steal it from its original developing installation.
Shego later stole it once again for Drakken, who planned for its initial use to be to banish Kim to time-space. Unfortunately it literally had its wires crossed with cable television, sending Kim, Ron, Dr Drakken, and Shego on a romp across television channels and shows[2].
