- Unlike her original continuity counterpart, Shego's ability to shoot green energy from her hands comes from the fact that she emits energy from a pair of gauntlets on her wrist rather than being a superhuman ability, and she cannot cover her hands with green energy. However, this was also true in the first few episodes of the OCC, until it was retconned that she has superhuman powers.

- In this continuity, Shego acts as Dr. Drakken's "mother" after he was became a pre-adolescent boy.
- In this version, Shego seems to not like wearing normal clothes, as she told Drakken to get out of the car for her to get home to change into her leather bodysuit.
