Summer Gale is a media news weather reporter in Middleton. Her major concern is getting more airtime. To accomplish this, she went so far as to purchase or lease a used Weather Machine from Wacky Wally's Weather Machines to create a surprise overnight snowstorm over the Tri-City Area.[1].
She used the tainted water from Lake Wannaweep with the unexpected side-effect of snowmen made from the storm's snow coming to malevolent life and attacking the populace.
