The Mathter, full of lame math-based banter and puns, is an enemy of Team Go who attempted to "subtract" Ron from existence, possibly because Ron threw in the factor of 20 bucks, but probably more due to the fact that Ron was pretty much ignoring him, when he was attacking Go City , and fighting Hego and Kim .
After all no one likes to be ignored, and Ron cannot ignore someone who is destroying his own life. Can he? He probably has a big ego, if that made him target Ron for destruction.
